Embedded RISC Project Oberon now running @ 50Mhz

We are currently running the latest version of embedded Project Oberon at 50MHz (i.e. twice the Project Oberon workstation clock speed) on Digilent's
Artix-7 based Arty development board.

Other new features included since the Dec 2015 Astrobe / Arty release are:

* Supports the latest (March 2016) revision of the Oberon Language
* Uses the latest Project Oberon source code
* Updated Verilog code includes support for the Arty buttons and switches
* Uses the Opus-2 MicroSD card adapter which was designed specifically for use with Project Oberon.
