v7.1: Launching Astrobe for Cortex-M3 via file association

Post by Helpdesk » Fri Feb 14, 2020 1:42 am

If you have associated v7.1 Astrobe for Cortex-M3 with the .mod file extension, the following error message will appear when you attempt to launch Astrobe by double-clicking on a *.mod file:

Astrobe will terminate when the dialog box is closed.

This problem has been fixed in maintenance release v7.1.1 of Astrobe for Cortex-M3. Alternatively a workaround is to copy the file Oberon.xml to your Astrobe folder e.g. D:\AstrobeM3-v7.1. You will find Oberon.xml in the Program Files folder where you installed the executable file AstrobeM3.exe.

Alternatively, launch Astrobe directly and open the .mod file from the File > Open menu instead.
